The resilience industry continues to be underrepresented by women (Source: Cheyene Marling & BC Management - Powered by Witt O'Brien's) and diversity in our industry is crucial to its success. There is good work being done already to increase diversity and representation in our industry, but how can we as resilience professionals support this movement?

Join us at our upcoming event to:

  1. Discover how we can encourage more diversity into the industry through hearing leaders’ stories about their careers to date;
  2. Celebrate those that have paved the way in the resilience industry and learn from inspirational industry leaders; and
  3. Hear from our male allies on how to champion women in the workplace and combat bias.

This event will feature guest speakers who are industry leaders, interactive panel discussions, and networking opportunities. The event is designed to inspire and motivate women and allies who are part of or have an interest in exploring the resilience industry. Join us as we delve into real, meaningful discussions on how we can make our industry more diverse.

Get ready to be inspired! Together, let's break barriers, challenge norms and #InspireInclusion in the resilience industry.

We look forward to welcoming you!
