She has designed and facilitated crisis exercises across defence, security, and corporate sectors, ranging from cyber attacks to humanitarian scenarios.

    Customer Success Lead, Conducttr

    Charlie Pratten is the Customer Success Lead at Conducttr, responsible for the Conducttr Academy certification scheme. He helps clients get the most from Conducttr exercise platform and delivers monthly webinars on best practices and new features. He also works closely alongside clients helping to translate their ideas into realistic, immersive crisis exercises. Charlie holds a MSc in Psychology and outside of his professional pursuits, he finds solace and creative expression by improvising on the piano.
