    Phillip Banda is an accomplished risk management professional with over 15 years of experience in enterprise risk management, business continuity, and crisis management within the financial and governmental sectors.  

    Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Enterprise Risk Management at the Zambia Revenue Authority, Phillip has led the development and implementation of strategic risk plans, business continuity programs, and crisis management frameworks, ensuring organizational resilience and compliance with ISO 22301 standards. His expertise includes conducting risk assessments, designing simulation exercises, and delivering training programs to enhance organizational preparedness.  

    Phillip holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Zambia and is a Certified Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) and an ISO 22301 Lead Implementer.
