The fourth in the BCI Australasian Chapter's GPG 7.0 webinar series, this session will provide an overview of the fourth Professional Practice (PP4), looking at how practitioners and individuals can identify strategies and solutions that enable organizations to resume business operation when disrupted. Two key outputs of PP4 are to meet approved business continuity requirements and identify capabilities to mitigate unacceptable risks and single points of failure within an organization.

Tom Foskett MBCI, with host Hannah Tan AMBCI, will discuss and demonstrate how PP4 uses a simple three-step process to understand whether existing resumption activities meet business continuity requirements, the identification of a strategy to close existing gaps, and the design and selection of solutions that deliver required strategies. Tom will also provide examples of sample strategies, sample solutions and the prerequisites to support design and implementation across key business functions with time remaining for Q&A. This webinar series seeks to provide members with an industry-view of the guidelines in practice.
