Every year climate change features on the horizon scan and, each year the hazards are more common and the risk ratings more severe increase. Are we looking at this the wrong way? To avoid increased cost of the fallout of these events, why not invest in sustainability? Wouldn’t we all be more resilient living on healthier planet? We have two great guest speakers to share their experiences in sustainability.

Glen Redstall, FBCI - Principal Business Improvment Advisor, Environment Authority, New Zealand

Glen is a recognised leader in Business Continuity, Organisational Resilience and Crisis Management, and is a Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute. Glen experience in strategic leadership across government in the business continuity field. Now at the Environmental Protection Authority, Glen is building resilience and improving efficiency across the organisation.

Michael Monteforte -  Partner, Financial Risk Management, KPMG Hong Kong

Michael is a partner at KPMG in Hong Kong (SAR) advising clients on strategy, risk management, systems integration, capital planning, Basel II and Basel III, regulatory compliance and other risk areas. Michael’s experience as a risk specialist in the banking industry and as an associate director at a major analytics house is paired with fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
