Throughout the session, they'll offer valuable perspectives on how organizations can leverage technology and AI's transformative potential to navigate uncertainties and prosper in a constantly evolving world.

Key Discussion Points:

  • Benefits/Value of using technology to build a digital model of the organisation over use of traditional Word & Excel data.
  • Predictive benefits of AI to the BC/Op Res/Resilience/Crisis activities.
  • Potential downsides/concerns of using AI for BC/Op Res/Resilience/Crisis activities.
  • BC Manager role now and for the future (moving from the individual/team who ‘does’ BC for everyone to an oversight role to ensure that the programme is being managed properly.)
