Kaltenmark serves as a Director on the BCI global board of directors, a capstone of her many years of service to the resilience profession. She has been awarded the Honorary FBCI, FBCI, and MBCP certifications.

Each year, Marie-Hélène attends multiple committees, boards, panels and conferences around the world, allowing her to stay ahead of trends and regulations. In 2023, Marie-Hélène was awarded the BCI Americas Awards Consultant of the Year. She is also the former President of BCI Canada.
