Who You Will Meet

Here at C2, I wear many hats and love what I do. 

I oversee and support our Service Delivery and Development teams, execute the recruitment of amazing people for C2 company wide, take care
of new/existing/want to be C2 customers and, perhaps most importantly, I work passionately on the strategy and future planning for the company.

I am excited to meet up with some of our customers at BCI World and get to know some new people!

As part of the C2 Service Delivery Team, I am involved in, and responsible for, the design and implementation of fully documented Business
Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), facilitating Business Continuity Plan exercises, as well as the delivery of Business Continuity
training.

I can't wait to see our customers again at BCI World, and meet some new faces also!

As a Technical Analyst in the Service Delivery Team I work hard every day to provide all of our customers with a first-class service. Part of why I
personally enjoy working at C2 is that every day I get to interact with users all over the world to help make their jobs easier.

This is my first BCI World and I am excited to experience all it has to offer!

At C2 I lead the design of our new product and make sure the C2 brand reflects our forward thinking vision. If I’m not found creating things I will be up to my neck in R&D finding the latest tech to ensure our software continues to lead the market and our customer service stays lighting fast.

At BCI World I’m looking forward to the chance to get to speak to both existing and new customers about our amazing software and discuss exciting new features on the horizon for 2020.

I have worked for Continuity2 since 2003 and have seen it grow from a very small company to a world leading business continuity software provider. My role is Support Manager, and am responsible for the Service desk and providing a point of escalation for the Service Desk for technical issues or questions on the C2 application.

I am looking forward to BCI world seeing any of our current clients who are attending and meeting prospective clients.
