BCI 日本支部 2020 年度第 5 回定例会 開催報告
BCI 日本支部は、2021 年 1 月 28 日に 2020 年度第 5 回目の定例会を Zoom にて開催しました。
（新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大防止の観点から、今年度の定例会は全て Zoom のみで開催する予定です。）
BCI Japan Chapter held the fifth regular meeting of FY 2020 at 28 Jan. on Zoom.
(All of the regular meetings in this FY will be held on Zoom to avoid spreading infection of COVID-19.)

今回は日本支部事務局の田代から、次の 2 つの内容について説明されたあと、質疑応答の時間が設けられました。
1) 事業影響度分析 (1/2)（PP3） - Good Practice Guidelines 2018 に基づく解説
2) 新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）パンデミックに関する情報共有
事業影響度分析（BIA）については、GPG の PP3「Analysis」というセクションの要点を、今回と次回の 2 回に分けて解説することとし、まず今回は BIA の全体構成の概観と、Initial BIA および Product and Service BIA に関して説明がありました。
また GPG における BIA の各段階と、ISO/TS 22317:2015（BIA のためのガイドライン）の内容との対応についても説明がありました。
新型コロナウイルスに関しては、関連書籍 5 冊の紹介がありました。これらのうち特に『新型コロナ対応・民間臨時調査会 調査・検証報告書』（ https://apinitiative.org/project/covid19/ ）については、政府機関における緊急事態対応のしかたを知るという観点や、インシデント対応後の振り返り（After Action Review：AAR）の例として勉強になるという観点も含めて紹介されました。
また米国における最初の予防接種の結果と、それを踏まえた副反応リスクの軽減方法についてまとめられた論文（ https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2775646 ）の要点について情報共有がありました。
最後に事務局から、5 月に予定されている Business Continuity Awareness Week と、6 月に予定されている BCI World Horizons 2021 への参加を案内して閉会しました。

The following 2 topics were explained by Kuniyuki Tashiro FBCI, then the time slot for Q&A and discussion was set.
1) Business impact analysis (1/2) - a lecture based on the Good Practice Guidelines 2018 edition (PP3)
2) Information sharing about COVID-19 pandemic
The first part of the lecture about business impact analysis (BIA) was done based on "Analysis" section on the GPG. At this time, he explained the whole picture of the BIA, the Initial BIA, and the Product and Service BIA. The rest of the BIA will be explained at the next meeting.
Additionally, he showed the relationship between each stage of the BIA on the GPG and the contents of ISO/TS 22317:2015 (guidelines for business impact analysis).
Regarding to COVID-19, he introduced five useful books which were published recently, including “The Independent Investigation Commission on the Japanese Government’s Response to COVID-19: Report on Best Practices and Lessons Learned" by Asia Pacific Initiative (https://apinitiative.org/en/project/covid19/ ). This report was introduced as a good reference to know how Japanese government have tackled with the pandemic, as well as an example of after-action report (AAR).
Also he shared the article which describes the result of the first vaccination program in the United States. It explains allergic reactions after the first dose including anaphylaxis and how to mitigate the risk of that. ( https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2775646 )
