The BCI USA Chapter hosted a webinar recently on the topic of creating energizing and engaging business continuity meetings which was presented by John Verdi of Avalution Consulting.
The webinar looked at how, as the person in charge of ensuring that your organization can continue to deliver its products/services in the face of a disruption, you can achieve your desired outcomes. It also looked at how to drive energy and engagement with steering committees, departments leads/SMEs, and executive leadership. Attendees learnt about Avalution's philosophy and approach to engaging the right people, in the right meetings, while processing the right issues, and ultimately… achieving your desired outcomes.
