Webinar: Investing in resilience – education and training
In this webinar, the BCI Women in Resilience group explored how organisations are investing in resilience with a specific focus on education and training.
Joining the interviewer, Bobbie Ramsden-Knowles (a member of the Women in Resilience Committee) were two expert professionals including: Dr. Ruth Massie, a Senior Lecturer in Cyber Resilience Leadership at Cranfield School of Management and Dr. Alison Wakefield, Senior Lecturer in Security Risk Management, Course Leader Doctorate in Security Risk Management at the University of Portsmouth and Chairman of the Security Institute.
During the webinar, they explored a variety of themes including the importance of security/resilience education and training qualifications, what type of qualifications are available, the value of studying resilience/security, how to get buy-in from organisations and a specific look at what research is coming out on resilience.
