Course overview
The new BCI Advanced Business Continuity Management Certification aims to provide a natural progression from the Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI). It focuses on developing skills in assessing and determining business continuity requirements for organizations.
The certification combines leadership and management competencies with the technical professional practices necessary to implement business continuity across an organization. Unit 2
Assessing and analysing organizational requirements for business continuity.
Unit 3
Developing and enabling solutions.
Unit 4
Validating and assessing business continuity arrangements.
