This report will uncover the extent to which organizations are already affected by climate change, the way they are tackling and considering it in current and future planning processes, the practical changes organizations have made (or are considering making) to current plans & exercises and how institutions leverage technology to assess, rehearse and tackle climate risk.

    James Halpin is an experienced Business Continuity Manager with a strong background in the health, wellness, and fitness industry, as well as the legal field. He is a skilled professional with expertise in Incident Management, Business Continuity, IT Strategy, Change Management, and Training. James is a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University, showcasing his commitment to education and professional development.

    With a career spanning various sectors, James has held key positions at renowned organizations. Currently, he serves as the Business Continuity Manager at Ashurst, where he leads global initiatives in Business Continuity and Physical Security, contributing to the Operations management team's success. Prior to this, he managed Ashurst's BC program globally as a Business Continuity Security Supervisor.

    Before joining Ashurst, James made significant contributions as the UK Business Continuity Coordinator at Cigna Healthcare, where he maintained the ISO22301 Certification for Cigna UK operations.

    His earlier career included a role as a Consultant at PlanB Consulting, a prestigious firm specializing in business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management consultancy. James played a pivotal role in helping organizations develop and maintain their resilience in the face of major disruptions.
