Stephen began his career in the National Health Service (NHS) during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on Emergency Planning. Over time, he developed a specialization in Business Continuity, bringing his expertise to the forefront. Stephen played a pivotal role in revitalizing the Trust's Business Continuity Planning (BCP) system, implementing substantial improvements.
He has demonstrated exceptional competence in managing various incidents, such as two water tank failures, a complete IT outage, and even a suspected CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) incident. Stephen's dedication and contributions have significantly enhanced the organization's response capabilities in times of crisis.
