This event will be concentrating on the area of business continuity which is generally the weakest. This is where you can really get the benefit from your Business Continuity programme; get that all-important buy-in and have a lot of fun all at the same time! Everything you need to know about preparing to exercise your business continuity and crisis management teams and learn how to prepare your exercises to get the most out of your exercise programme.

Rob Osborn will be giving tips and lessons from experience about how to create exercises in order to get the best results. Learn how to make sure you get people engaged for the exercise, make the most of your time, how to choose the best type of exercise and make the most of the time you and your delegates spend there.

Matthew Gilbert and Mary Mercer will be continuing the previous sessions with the use cases running a desktop walkthrough workshop. This offers you real time help and guidance making the most of your exercise programme.

Stephen Nuttall will be continuing his series on the BCI’s Good Practice Guidelines and looking at Professional Practice 6 - PP6 (Validation).

Everyone is welcome from new starters to experienced business continuity professionals and everyone will learn something new and/or be reminded of something they had forgotten!
