As disruptions grow more complex from cyber threats to third-party failures, operational resilience has become a board-level priority. In this interactive session, our speaker will share practical insights on how financial institutions identify critical services, conduct severe-but-plausible scenario testing, and embed resilience into governance and decision-making. This discussion will highlight the evolution from traditional business continuity toward a service-focused resilience model, along with key regulatory expectations and lessons learned from real incidents.

Join us for an engaging dialogue tailored for resilience, risk, and operational leaders across Saudi Arabia.
