Jenny Beck has worked in financial services for over a decade. After taking time to raise her young children, she began her career in resilience.
She earned her CBCI certification in September 2024 and gained her AMBCI in March 2025.
Working as an analyst in a team of two at a regional building society, she covers Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Third-Party Supplier Management and Major Incident Management.
Jenny thrives on identifying interconnections and vulnerabilities across complex processes & loves designing scenario exercises which showcase these, working with the organisation to build robust plans and mitigations. She’s passionate about knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
In July 2025, she was shortlisted for her work in two categories in the 2025 BCI Europe Awards for Continuity & Resilience Newcomer and Most Effective Supply Chain Strategy categories.

Operational Resilience and Continuity Manager
Kandice Callender-Douglas brings over a decade of expertise to the resilience industry, with her exceptional contributions recently recognised through shortlisting for two prestigious BCI Europe Awards: Continuity & Resilience Professional (Private Sector) and Most Effective Supply Chain.
Her comprehensive experience spans Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, and other critical sectors, covering business continuity, operational resilience, disaster recovery, major incident management, supply chain management, and crisis management.
As a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), she has striven to bridge knowledge gaps within the community while promoting the importance of both organisational and personal resilience in transforming how we approach our work in this vital sector.
