The BCI Netherlands Chapter core team has recently grown, injecting new energy into the group and bringing inspiration from a variety of Dutch and international companies. The BCI Netherlands Leader, Jean-Pierre van Eekelen, and core chapter members, will update you on our activities, vision and plans for the coming years.
Two speakers from our host company, Royal Haskoning DHV, will be talking on the subject “The impact of changing weather and climate on business operations”. The session - presented by Djeevan Schiferli, Climate Risk Business Strategist, and Jack Pool, Business Development Director Supply Chain & Logistics - will discuss how the impact of climate change and extreme weather goes beyond ‘just’ storms, hurricanes, or heatwaves and how their cascading effects are ill-understood and not taken into account.
There will also be plenty of time to network with speakers and other delegates.
Both BCI Members and Non-BCI Members are welcome.

- Presentations start: 3:30PM
- We will conclude the evening with a meal, vegetarian food is available: 6:30 PM
The venue is accessible by public transport via Station Amersfoort CS, parking is available .
