Careers & Hiring Advice @ BCI World

  • 29 Oct 2020

We are delighted to announce that for the first time ever there will be a booth at the BCI World Virtual exhibition dedicated to helping you reach that next step in your career or find that next recruit.

The BCI has teamed up with BC Management (a division of Castellan Solutions) to bring you a wealth of information freely available at the booth.

Throughout the event BCI members Stephen Nuttall FBCI and Russ Parramore FBCI will be available to answer any of your questions and to offer advice on a career in the industry. They will be joined by the BC Management team, Cheyene Marling and Alicia Stevens, who have almost 40 years’ combined experience in the industry connecting talent with organizations.  “Alicia and I are thrilled to connect with everyone at this virtual exhibition.  We’ve posted some great content to help you in navigating a career search or recruit that top talent professional.  Please be sure to stop by the booth and say hi.” (Cheyene Marling, BC Management)

As well as speaking to the team, you will also find a range of videos dedicated to helping you with your needs including:

  • Developing a career path strategy
  • Tips on writing a resume
  • Interview do’s and don’ts
  • Increasing your marketability
  • Tips on writing job descriptions
  • Tips on benchmarking compensations
  • Elevate and retain personnel
