I wanted to quantify my years of resilience experience through an internationally recognised
qualification.
What did you learn by taking the CBCI Certification Course?
The CBCI provides us with thinking, language, protocols and processes that allow us to communicate
on the topic with our colleagues throughout the world, it provides us with a common understanding
of best practices.
What has been the effect of the CBCI Certification Course on your career?
It has aided my career in that it validates my experience and provides assurance of my knowledge.
How has the CBCI Certification Course helped your role?
It has provided me with added confidence when I speak to stakeholders – from Business Continuity
Coordinators through to members of the C-Suite. I feel qualified to provide an educated opinion
which is valued by the teams I have worked with.
