The Language of Crisis Course for Dummies?

In a world where "Everything is communication" (according to the first axiom of communication), the ability to communicate effectively in Crisis situations is not just a skill—it's an operational and safety imperative. This event is an intensive, practical webinar designed for everyone who operates in critical contexts and wants to transform their communication from simple information into a tool for vital support and inclusion.

The Four Pillars of Crisis Communication

The event will unfold through a structured dialogue covering the key points for effective and resilient Crisis communication:

1. The Operational Basics: Axioms and Roles

We will start with the fundamentals through a keynote speech dedicated to the "Axioms of Communication and Their Operational Application." We'll discuss how theoretical principles (like the impossibility of not communicating) translate into concrete actions in high-pressure contexts. We will also delve into the different roles and responsibilities within the Crisis communication chain, outlining who does what to ensure a consistent and timely message.

2. The Digital Perspective: Inclusion and Channels

Next, we'll move to the digital level, critically analyzing the available communication channels. The challenge is not just transmission, but ensuring inclusion. We will discuss the strategies and best practices for using digital platforms and social media to effectively reach all segments of the population, with a deep focus on the Receiver as the central element of the communication process.

3. Designing for Resilience

We will explore how resilience is not just an organizational quality, but a fundamental driver in the design of communication infrastructure. We will understand how to design systems and protocols that not only survive failure but also guarantee the continuity and clarity of the message, even under operational stress or infrastructural breakdowns.

4. Open Dialogue: learning through shared experience

The event will conclude with a dedicated Open Dialogue and Q&A Session. This is the opportunity for all to bring specific scenarios, challenges, and questions directly to the experts. We believe in learning through shared experience, making this a vital part of translating theory into operational know-how.

The event will be in Italian with multilingual captions available.
