Persuasive Techniques in Contract and Budget Discussions

Business continuity and resilience leaders are often required to secure approval, funding, and contractual alignment without direct authority. In this session of the BCI Leadership Essentials webinar series, we will explore practical, ethical persuasion techniques to help professionals influence decision-makers with confidence. Participants will learn how to align messages with executive decision drivers, frame value in financial and risk-based terms, and apply proven persuasion strategies in budget and contract discussions. Designed for practitioners who need to turn resilience priorities into approved action, this session blends real-world examples with immediately applicable tools.

We look forward to welcoming you.
